Refund policy
At NECC, we take pride in offering accurately described sports cards and collectables with clear images and detailed information. Because the condition of trading cards can be sensitive and values can change rapidly, all sales are generally final.
However, we will always protect our customers in cases of error or damage.
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund/Return

You received the wrong item

Your item arrived damaged during shipping

There was a major listing error (wrong player, wrong year, incorrect grading company, incorrect card number, etc.)
Not Eligible for Refund/Return

Items accurately described and pictured

Condition disagreements when the listing photos match the received item

Factory sealed items that have been opened or unwrapped by the customer (including sealed boxes, sealed packs, blasters, mega boxes, and retail/hobby products)

Graded cards (PSA, SGC, BGS, CSG) — slabs are guaranteed by the grading company

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Items valued over $50 unless there is a listing error

Items returned in a different condition than they were shipped
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the packaging

Clear photos of the damaged item
We will work with you quickly to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before the item is shipped.
