Shipping Policy – New England Consignment & Collectibles

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on product type at checkout.

  • Raw cards: Flat rate shipping

  • Graded cards: Flat rate shipping

  • Sealed boxes and lots: Flat rate shipping
    Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $75 (U.S. only).

Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS.

Shipping Methods & Packaging
We ship all orders securely and professionally to ensure safe delivery:

  • Raw singles: penny sleeve, toploader, team bag, reinforced mailer

  • Multiple raw cards: bubble mailer with protective padding

  • Graded cards (PSA/SGC/BGS): bubble mailer or box with protective wrap

  • Sealed boxes/lots: USPS Flat Rate or standard shipping boxes

Tracking Information
All orders include a USPS tracking number provided at shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is accepted by USPS, delivery times are subject to carrier operations.
If a package is lost, we will assist in working with USPS to locate it.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
NECC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
